A Computer Engineer by profession, Mr. Elessawy is a recognized Enterprise Content Management Expert with more than 20 years of IT experience. He has MS in Management of Information Systems, an MBA in Technology Management and BS in Computer Engineering.
Mr. Elessawy is ex-president of the Islamic Center of Naperville a mosque and community based organization serving 3000 families in Naperville and its surrounding suburbs, He served as director at large for the Council of Islamic Organizations of Greater Chicago, a broad-based federation serving over 400,000 Muslim Americans.
Mr. Elessawy offers sermons, leads congregational prayers, and frequent speaker at many events in the Muslim community across the Chicagoland area, he has contributed in serving the Muslim community focusing on promoting community services, moderation in religion, civic collaborations, interfaith and partnership.
